My passion is assisting children who have different abilities in reaching their full potential. I have always wanted to be a doctor and to work with children. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2005, following which I focused on a career in paediatrics. I completed my diploma in Child Health in 2008, followed by Paediatric specialisation in 2013. I’ve recently completed my sub-specialist post graduate degree in Developmental Paediatrics. I believe firmly in neurodiversity and strength-based approach to neurodevelopment. Being a mother of two little boys has also taught me a lot about child development and given me firsthand experience. I enjoy working with children and partnering with the parents to find amicable solutions in helping children reach their full potential.
