Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (University of Pretoria, 2022), Sensory Integration Therapy (Sheffield Hallam University, UK), Greenspan Floortime Therapy.

I have always had a fascination with how the human body functions. As a child, I had the good fortune of spending time with skilled healthcare professionals. These interactions sparked my interest in paediatric Occupational Therapy. My journey to my OT degree began in 2019 at the University of Pretoria. In 2023, I completed my community service year in Tembisa. Here, I gained a wealth of knowledge which solidified my commitment to assisting children reach their full potential.

With experience in both hospital and outpatient settings, I have a breadth of
knowledge in treating children who have a history of developmental delay, sensory
processing challenges, trauma, premature birth, syndromes and neurodevelopmental conditions.

I am trained in Ayres Sensory Integration and Greenspan Floortime. These
disciplines integrate into my daily practice, giving me the resources required to support children with a range of developmental and sensory challenges.

I will continue to enhance my expertise and broaden my knowledge in paediatrics
and deliver quality, evidence-based treatment to the children I work with. I’m passionate about empowering each child to thrive in their unique journey towards independence and growth.
